The roles we have now.
1. Management Trainees: (Marketing Specialization)
Future Business Managers:
-
Should be BBA,MBA, Post Graduation, BE or Graduates with exceptional skills. Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and one South Indian Language.
- Should be willing to work anywhere in India or abroad.
- Should be capable in taking decisions on your own.
- Good writing skills in English will be an added advantage.
- A "can do" attitude is a must.
2. Sales Executives: Future Sales Managers:
- An attitude of go getting and never say die is a must for this role. Should have a positive attitude and pleasant manners. Should have good communication skills and ability to educate potential customers in a simple manner. There is an exciting career path for them, in India and abroad.
3. Secretary:
- Fresh candidates who have completed Corporate Secretaryship with good marks and
having fluent communication skills. Should have good English writing capabilities.
4. Tele Support Executive:

Belief in yourself? Capable of getting business over telephone. Have a confident
and pleasing attitude? A highly rewarding role awaits the right candidate. Should
have had professional telemarketing experience.
5. Executive Trainees: Future Customer Support Managers:
- To take our business to customers and bring customers to our business. Should have an urge to keep commitments and work towards total satisfaction, always.Graduates in any discipline and under graduates with extra ordinary confidence.
6. Web Designer:
- Good visualizing skills.BFA or Bachelor in Visual Communications with through
knowledge in Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and HTML.
Knowledge of CSS and exposure to creating websites will
be an added advantage.Those with natural talent and flair for creativity may also apply
7. Content Writers:
- Post Graduation in Journalism or Mass Communication
with exceptional skills in writing in English. Should be well
versed with MS Office. Creative and Ad.content writing
skills are preferred.
8. Team Leaders: Sales:
- Want have the freedom to express your best. Recruit, train and develop a fiery team. Have a proven record in starting from scratch and building human potential. Have belief in the young generation and have the confidence do a "Chak De". Experienced Professionals packed with values to become Trainers for the young team. Should be able to set examples, from punctuality, discipline, knowledge, attitude, to business and humor sense.
9. Professionals as Directors:
- With more than 10 years experience in IT (Open Source Specialist), Marketing, Graphic/Web Design, Operations, Public Relations, Advertising, Administration, Human Relations, Customer Support, Sales, Finance, Media or Management.
Should be very well placed in corporate or industry environment at the moment and are looking to associate as a stock holder and join eventually. May not be required to join us full time immediately. Those currently planning to get into business are also welcome.
If you are capable of taking charge of Operations and Administration, there is an opportunity to take charge of the business operations.Business development skills are required for this role. Those with software industry / web designing background will be ideal.
